Hey, I’m Cameron—founder of Cameron Physique and creator of the Hardgainers Program. If you’re naturally slim, have always struggled to add size, and feel like building muscle is a battle, I know exactly how you feel because I’ve been there myself.

I’m an ectomorph by genetics—one of those “hardgainers” who seemed destined to stay skinny, no matter how much I ate or trained. But I refused to accept that as my limit. Over the last 19 years, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding what really works for people like us who don’t gain muscle easily.
