Hey, I’m Cameron—founder of Cameron Physique and creator of the HARDGAINERS Program. If you’re naturally slim, have always struggled to add size, and feel like building muscle is a battle, I know exactly how you feel because I’ve been there myself.

I’m an ectomorph by genetics—one of those “HARDGAINERS” who seemed destined to stay skinny, no matter how much I ate or trained. But I refused to accept that as my limit. Over the last 19 years, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding what really works for people like us who don’t gain muscle easily. Through persistent trial, research, and a whole lot of consistency, I completely transformed my physique—proving that even the skinniest guys can build real, noticeable muscle.

But this journey wasn’t instant or easy. I learned first-hand what gets results and what’s just gym myth. That’s why I became a fully qualified personal trainer, earning my Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training.
